SERVICE LINE INVENTORY SURVEY: Tri-County Water District is being required by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ) to develop an inventory of all water service lines. The ultimate goal of this effort is to identify water service lines that are made out of lead. This is a nation-wide requirement and TCWD does not anticipate the presence of lead in our system. A paper copy was mailed to all customers in 2025. If you have not completed this survey or provided the office with your information, please do so as soon as possible.
